Hello from Edmonton

#1 Unread post by banditbarbi »

Hello everyone.
My husband was surfing the web and emailed me this forum thinking I would enjoy being a member here.
I have been riding my bandit 600 for two years now. before that I had a savage 650. I have managed to drive over 20000 kms in the last 3 years
on my bikes and enjoy riding. and yes as long as there isn't snow on the ground I will ride my bike.. however it is now stored for the winter in my dining room of my apartment until spring. It's horrible not having a garage.

I hope to have alot of wonderful conversations ( if you can call the threads that) in this place.

Welcome, Banditbarbi.
And what’s "horrible" about having good company in the house?
Just have to be careful with the "fluids".

Hope to see some pics soon.

Having good "company" in the house isn't bad it is trying to figure out how to serve christmas dinner around them, since I no longer have a dining room table... It is now actually hanging on a wall in my livingroom. My husband decided it was "art" .
I will try to post some pictures soon...oh by the way did I meantion that I live on the 18floor of an apartment building?.

:gathering: ... but imagine the bike underneath instead of the table...suppose you could always decorate your bike for Christmas and have your dinner standing around it!

18th floor - interesting....

Welcome!
Ya right, there are only 2 kinds of bikes: It's a Ninja... look that one's a Harley... oh there's a Ninja... Harley...Ninja...

Hi Banditbarbi!

Wow! If this isn't love...
And in the 18th floor. Presume by elevator, but can also imagine, you ride up the stairs  like trial-driver...

Please allow me, to copy this and put it in our german board!
It will definitly make big eyes and conversation...

Happy Christmas in the "art-room"

Actually the first year of my relationship with Tweety , I was building a scoot in my living room , shorthly after she moved in with me , she ended up decorating the scoot with lights for Christmas .
Naturally I thought that was rather kewl .................
Kind regards, Wizzard

Welcome. I wish I could bring my bike in over the Winter. Sure would make working on her easier.
How about some pics of your rides?
