my fan isnt kicking in

on my Gixer 1000 my fan isnt kicking in , all original wiring, fuse is good, Any other Idea's people, my gauges are American so its reading in farenheight, and it gets all the way to 247f before the over heat signal comes on the gauges....I believe thats about 130 Celcius,

its not too important I guess if I cant get any answers I can allways wire in a switch

I had the same problem with my 750 vulcan a few months ago. It turned out that the relay switch was burnt. I replaced the junction box where the relay is along with 2 other relays. Cost a little over 100$.

I had another Censor on my old rad that was bent, put it on and it works, it cut in at 223 farenheight....all working

I just checked and 223f is 106c

I forgot to mention for you to make sure that the fan motor is in working order. You can do this by applying 12 volt to the fan motor connectors. Hope this helps.
