Roadking V Buell Ulysses

I went for a Blast with Captain Nartman & his new Pride & Joy....a New Buell Ulysses!

After we got out of town & away from the Public we decided to try a few Roll of Races. So, at 100KPH/60MPH we counted one, two, three....GO! SNAP on the throttle flat out & see what happens!

Surprisingly the Roadking (1550cc) went well up against the Buell but not for long, the Ulysses creeping away eventually.

At 120KPH/75MPH the Roadking went better against the Buell. I'm sure this will change somewhat when the Ulysses undergoes a Power transformation via a free breathing air-filter & a power pipe!

I first saw one at a Harley dealer in Toronto a couple weeks ago - I think Buell has a winner with the Ulysses. Neat looking bike!

Nice bikes, I'll take a RoadKing please :mrgreen: . Anything else other than the bigbore kit done to it? Just wondering.

The Buell has a nice streetfighter look to it, me likey.

wow I expected more out of the buell than that. But then again you mentioned having a big bore kit on the road king.

Yeah the 1550 moves along quite well, the Buell is stock standard & will be 'moded' in due course plus Nartman was riding a bit on the conservative side as it's still run-in time.... :wink:
