Looking for specific saddlebags...

#1 Unread post by CNF2002 »

Okay, I'm looking for some good saddlebags and I dont know if these exist :-D

I'd like them to be solid plastic in a teardrop-like shape, medium to small size, strap mounts. But I want them to be expandable, maybe with some latches so that there is a cloth inside that can stretch/fold out to allow for more room inside when I want to fill it up.

I have some cloth ones now that expand with zippers and are great, but they are kinda saggy and droopy.

Careful she might be on a message board asking how to trade in to a better model.

I keep telling my wife that when she turns 40, I'm trading her in on two 20 year olds......

But more to the point, I can picture the bags you described, but have never seen anything like that. Mind you, I've never gone looking either.....
No Witnesses.... :shifty:

Ehehehe, one of the guys I worked with last summer used to say that. I got to meet his wife once... she just said, "you'd be dead within a week." And he shot right back, "yeah, but what a way to go!"
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

My wife just said I'd be dead. I gathered it would by her hand......

She gets her chance to play the trade-in game here pretty soon. I keep daring her to do it, but she ain't bitin'.
