Hey Everyone
Hey Everyone
Hey everyone. My name is Chris and from New Jersey. I finally registered on the forum, but I've been looking around for about a week. I know basically next to nothing, so these forums and site are great for me. I got this sudden urge to want to ride motorcycles. I guess it first started when I saw a nice suzuki at a mall parking lot when I was about 13 I guess, am 18 now.
I'm glad I do not have a lot of money because I might have bought a bike before I knew anything. While I wait, I will probably read some book about motorcycles and take an MSF class. In the meantime, I am trying to find places that sell used bikes for good deals.

Hi Chris
Welcome to the Forums. This is a good place to pick up the information you'll need if you decide to buy and ride a bike. There's lots of views here, but they tend to lean towards good basic sense which can sometimes get lost in the excitement of buying a first bike.
It's a huge site. Make the best of it. (But it sounds like you are doing that already)
And stay in touch.
Good to have you on board.
Richard

Oh, I know I'm excited about getting my 1st bike, but I have no plans of getting anything higher than a 500, most likely will get a ninja 250 to start with. Plus, I won't be getting it for awhile because of the money, so I'm just going to be doing everything I can to learn about motorcycles., and that is one of the books I am going to get.
