Helmet prices and quality

My primary reason for buying this Scorpion EXO for $139 was: "I'm a newbie. I'm going to drop my helmet. I'd rather drop a $139 helmet than a $600 helmet"

After my wreck the helmet didn't look too bad just some nice scratches, but...

One thing the MSF instructors were quick to point out (true or not), if/when you drop your helment, you now have a great flower planter. Microsopic cracks & whatnot ruin the helmet's integrity.

I took my old helmet in to the insurance agent and they bought me a new one. Only 1 question. Got the receipt?

Gave them the receipt and they wrote me a check.

I bought my HJC On a promotion on the Seminole Motorsports for 74,99.

It`s all black with a silver HJC just above the visor.

I just bought a decal with the Guns n` Roses Appetite for Destruction in silver... IT`s really reflective and the cross with the five skulls look really good.
