Does anyone know if it's possible to get the seat of a Kymco Bug Espresso scooter cut down ?

I would guess yes, most seats are filled with an expanded foam. An upholsterer should be able to do it.
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now

It's a funny shaped seat. You could disconnect the seat from the scoot and look to see how the seat cover is attached to the seat pan. Once the cover is off you can try it yourself or go to a professional. Cut the foam from the bottom of the seat where the foam touches the seat pan and not from the top where the foam touches the seat cover. I don't think it is very difficult.
