I resently purchased a suzuki GSXR750 K4 fitted a yosi full exhausted, BMC filter.... also then bought a power commander3.... what would be the next step to increase the power ?

Forget the 50hp, there are a dozen or so countries that used to belong to the USSR that will sell you a rocket or two for reeel cheap. I say strap that on instead!
Actually if you're serious about that much more power, the NOS that techBMW suggested is probably the simplest and least costly way to do it. The big advantage is that you only use it when you need it and the bike remains mostly docile otherwise (well as docile as a stock GSXR750 anyway).
Have a professional do the installation and skip the turbo.
