Anyone seen or tried out the Vanson Vented Jacket? Would like a vent jacket since it gets rather hot during the Florida summers.
It's 1000 denier Cordura backed with leather at the impact zone. Cruiser mag gave it a nice write up. Only one Vanson dealer close to me so will call this week to see if they carry this jacket.

I saw the same article. They liked Vanson, but it was the most expensive they tested in that group. I have a perforated black leather Tourmaster with vents, that is reasonably cool on warm days. For truly hot weather I have a Speed-Rag silver and blue nylon mesh jacket with perforated silky smooth liner, the blue fabric bits are Cordura. Both jackets have approved armor. Both are super comfortable.
