Hey everyone! I'm brand new here, and I thought maybe someone could possibly point me in the right direction when buying my first sport bike. I've done a bit of research so far but I thouhgt it would be best to get some "expert" opinions. I'm looking for a bike to use for recreation, up at my familys cabin. the most popular sporty looking bikes for beginners are the suzuki GS500F and the kawasaki Ninja 500. it is my understanding that they are just standard bikes w/ sport style fairings.
real sportsbikes are the ones that are used in professional racing... 600cc and above. which of course is not ideal for beginners.
