My Dream Bike--- Please Help

#1 Unread post by dreamingofashadow »

Thank you for reading my post. Ok heres whats up. I really don't like to ask for much help from people but i could really use it. My brother had recently needed a dental surgery and didn't have the money. I thought much about his need and finally decided to help him out. Ever since i was 16 ive been saving for a Honda Shadow 750. The style and everything has always looked amazing. Anywho, I gave away my savings to help out my brother. It wasn't enough for his surgery but, i figured it would help. The fact of the matter is however that now i feel like a complete idiot for ever doing it. I mean I really helped my brother out like I should have but i really destroyed my dream. Now im 18 and without my bike. What im asking is that anyone who could willingly spare a dollar to please do so. I know a dollar is not enough to give me my bike but its a start. I plan to explain my story as well on other boards and my hope is that possibly i may be able to re-establish the financial means of gaining my bike. If any one could please send a single dollar or more if you feel you can spare it to my paypal account at jamesbsellers@yahoo.com I would be most thankful. If anyone has any questions they would like to ask me or anything like that please email me at jamesbsellers@yahoo.com or jamesbs1@att.net . Also i have an aim name at xdeclininghopex.

Thank you again for supporting my dream. And thank you for reading my post.

You are only 18. You have plenty of time to work and save for your dream bike, just as the rest of us have done.

While you're at it, drop a few bucks in the mail for me... My dream bike is still on hold until I can save a few for it....

Okay, I understand you helped your bro, but why should we fund some one elses bike??? I'm serious about my purchase being on hold, either this is a big joke or your pretty ballsy to ask, especially with a whopping 2 posts... :frusty: :horse:

that's listed as almost $19,000 USD... pretty expensive, but still not as much as some $30,000 bike, which i thought was the ones you're dreaming of.

im glad my choice for bikes is super sports... it cost so little compared to super cruisers. :D

It costs less in price, but you pay more in comfort, lol.

As far as giving away money, I can barely afford to keep gas in my bike right now.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
