damage to frame?????

i just bought a 2004 ducati, the bike was knocked over by a careless car in a parking lot. it clipped the front tire which sent the bike down. broke some plastic, headlight gauge pod ect.....drove off.... anyways. i stripped the bike down to the frame to replace anything broken. im not sure how it happend but the battery leaked acid onto the frame. has this wrecked the frame? it didnt eat throught the frame. im pretty new to the bike world so i thought id ask here. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be alright with the acid as long as you was it down very well. slather some baking soda around to neutralize it, and then soap and water, and then water, more water, more.....
