Good luck, organizing the Club. Have you thought about joining a national club? With opening a chapter up in your area?
You may consider getting some information from the likes of www.gwta.org Goldwing Touring Association. They may be able to help you. May even consider joing the GWTA. Not necessary to ride Goldwings. Just simply ride.
