If the number of pistons and thier diameter is the same, then the piston in the master cylinders will be different diameters in order to exert different pressures. But number of pistons per caliper factors in huge, too.

I was just concerned that the rear piston would have to travel more to engage the rotor. But I guess thats the point after all.
