#1 Unread post by adrenaline_junky »

Hi there, 19 years old and new to biking, deciding what to go for, theres no way im getting on a 125, so i'm going to take the back door and get a bigger bike and have it "restricted" dont want a 600 because i feel its too big for some1 wiv no experience. Looking at a kawasaki zxr400 but cannot really find any info about this bike, is it a good buy? are they a good bike to start with?

Restricted to 33 bhp, right? You'll be fine. And when it's unrestricted, it'll be about 65 bhp, so you'll be fine then. Go for it if you can find a good deal.

Nothing bad to say about Kawas!

My Kawasaki is a real mule. Couldn't kill the thing without really trying to.

Not sure about all their bikes, but my '86 EN450 uses the same parts as the '06 EX500... So it's not technically obsolete! :D
