Where to keep stuff?
Well as pretty much noone knows, i dont have a motorcycle yet, I am looking to get one in a few weeks or less.
I am wondering where everyone keeps their, insurance info, wallet, and other motor cycle required papers.
My dad had his wallet in his back pocket when he was riding my vespa, and it fell out(luckily the person called him and he got it back). Just wondering where u guys keep the stuff.
(If it helps im getting a ninja 250)
(oh and the vespa has a place below the ignition to keep the stuff)

Wallet in the back pocket. Keys in the front pocket. But I wear overpants. I keep my PDA in the inside front pocket of my riding jacket.
If you're worried about the wallet, just throw it in the front pocket. Insurance papers go in your wallet (you should really have them in your wallet and in the vehicle but I dont think thats a good idea with a bike).

Yeah, that's right. A lot of bikes have at least a tiny spot. My bike has a huge one. Cruisers seem to lack that option though. I don't think I've seen a sportsbike that doesn't at least have a place for records and a pair of extra gloves.Shiv wrote:There is usually under the seat.

My Insurance and Registration both go in my wallet which only leaves my front right pocket if I need to buy something, then goes right back. Keys go in the front left. Never even had them come close to falling out.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

useally under the seat you got a little room. Like the sv650s the pillon seat comes off and you got enough room to store gloves and insurance and maybe sunglasses or what not.
Insert something clever and showing an understanding of motorcycle culture here
