New Bike Help!!
New Bike Help!!
Hey anyone, need some advice. I have been on a Honda 500 cruiser for 2 years now and moving up to a crotch rocket. My choice's are Honda CBR600 and the Suzuki GSXR750. I know it seems like a huge jump, but I've been on alot of them, and I respect the bikes alot. I just need to know what you guys think I should do. Cheers!

as zootech said..get the 750..you wont be sorry..little more nimble than its bigger brother(which of course youll never really see unless you hit a track somewhere and get out the racing tires) but it is faster than the 600 and pulls harder when you need it.. I love my gixxer750..

Re: New Bike Help!!
The bike you have is about, what, 40HP at most? Maybe 50HP?AndyBoy9 wrote:Hey anyone, need some advice. I have been on a Honda 500 cruiser for 2 years now and moving up to a crotch rocket. You want to get a bike with 148HP (Suzuki GSXR750) instead?
As I have said many times, don't worry about "respecting the bike" because the bike doesn't care. The bike is an inanimate object. Doesn't matter if you respect it or not. What you need to respect are your own skills and limitations.
I'm not saying you should or shouldn't get one of those bikes. Just presenting some facts and ideas for you to think about.
