Anyone with project bikes? (aren't they all?)

#1 Unread post by imstillatwork »

I've been working on a 1970 Yamaha CS3 more pics later.

I am going extremely cheap, with no consideration to originality. I know, I know...

Anyone else? I figured there would be a few of you so instead of being selfish, I made the site for everyone to use.

have fun! I wanna see some new bikes added!

A bungee cord battery. Nice. I'll post pictures of my free bike tomorrow... though mine looks nicer it still needs a frame repaint.

What a great name!

I did not plan on my bike being a project bike, but when I found myself carrying a full set of metrics with me everywhere I went, I got the feeling that some preventative measures might be in order :whistling:

Must say all my bikes are projects. The current garage, apart from my Jawa, which is being slowly rebuilt, includes a '64 125cc CZ in need of a set of new rear shock, which I want to make into a cafe racer style bike. Just seems like a pleasantly futile task, but she handles so well she deserves it. Have a '64 Honda S90 in need od some cometic work again(was fully rebuilt by my dad some 15 years ago) and a bit of engine work. And a newly purchased Honda SS125 will soon join the fleet, as a retirement project for my dad.
