I dont know about the amount of protection it would provide, but living here in Georgia it gets pretty hot. It might be worth a look.

Id rather trust a mesh jacket if I were riding in hot weather

Great idea if you match it up with the armour.
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now

Yeah for abrasive protection it'll be better than nothing but vs impacts I don't think thats going to help at all.
To ensure perfect aim, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.
