That is indeed a good tip.

Good luck to you, I have never tried to sue someone. Though I should have, in a situation similar to yours, I just chalked it up to bad-luck experience. On the plus side the loser kid that hit me has an outstanding warrant for his arrest, he'll surely get caught speeding someday........
