I'm 24 and got a cruiser instead of a sportbike, because of what i want to use it for and the local style.

I took the MSF course in the southwestern colorado division and only had one classmate. Gary Gardner was an excellent instructor. Thanks, if you're reading this.

I got a v-star classic in january (yes, january) and now i ride it every day even though its in 29-39 degrees outside. Isn't it cheaper and easier just to get a heavy coat and nice gloves than to winterize your bike and/or pay for ensuing damage from long-term stagnation?

that's my story. i'm looking forward to spending hours in this forum.

I lived in Colorado Springs when I was around five. Nothing like seeing Pike's Peak out the back window of the house :notworthy:

If I remember things correctly, I bet a ride around the neighborhood is an adventure!

Welcome! I rode my bike once a week to work in the winter so I wouldn't have to winterize it also. I hate riding when it is below 40 degrees but the fun out weighs being miserable enough to ride it once in a while in the freezing cold.
