Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
If you're looking for a high visability color you want to look for something that is not common in the driving/urban environment. You also want to look for something that is not as common a color for cages/other vehicles to be painted. Past that you can also look at colors that are already used to get peoples attention as traffic and warning signals. I'd recomend BRIGHT yellow or orange. Green or red could also work if they were bright enough
To ensure perfect aim, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.
