It's a whole different world over hear as far as what is considered 'big' or practical....
When a short trip involves a minimum of 6 hours on the highway you need something bigger then a neon.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

It depends on the Neon. I recall some versions a few years ago coming out with turbos and around 225 hp. It was still a Neon, but definitely not gutless.
I still think it's funny, though. Why spend all that money on a hot powerplant, just to install it in a Neon

I can guarantee you, if there's a 150HP Vespa out there, it is something
I won't be on. There's hoards of young-n-dumb kids who can play that game, I got tired of that sorta thing many years ago.

I must have a thing for small cars. the grocery getter is a corolla, there is a beetle parked in the garage next to the bike, and I would love to add a cooper mini to the collection (the old style mini not the new one).
Zoos mean streak looks decidedly leaner than a stock one. More power, less cruiser LOL

Carefull boys, The Goose drives a bright red C2 VTS, you do not want to upset her now do you?
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R
