Bummer huh, I rode for years on my motor sport license, even got stopped once at a license check road block and got away with it but eventually had to sit a learners license again, we have to do that here, with a bunch of seventeen year olds in the exam room. There was an extreme tense atmosphere in that room and it was all down to me commenting that the first one to laugh was going to be "donnered" South African for beaten to a pulp
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R

In Jersey, a permit endorsement lasts for 90 days. After that if you don't renew, I'm guessing you're basically an unlicensed driver, and those penalties apply. Probably a more serious issue than the penalty for riding alone, etc, on a validly endorsed permit.

I rode my entire life with a bike license, until last Oct. when I took the test. The fine was about $25 for that time, until last year. Then they jacked the fine to $2500. I got legal after that....
No Witnesses.... :shifty:
