Well I splashed out the cash yesterday and brought TT.Its not bad, format very similar to Gran Turismo. But without the cash or tune up.Lisecenes are the same,You get bikes by racing the ones you want against the computer. If you stay ahead of him for 10 seconds it is yours. You can adjust the bikes settings but nothing to extreme no Turbos .
Broad range of tracks and bikes to choose from.Alot of japanese Home Market bikes in there.Physics are pretty good I think.Only played it last night so thats pretty much all I can tell you.But I think it is a tester if it does well then the next one will include a lot more bikes and options.Remember the first gran tourismo was bit saprse compared to todays version.
PS Calgary Chapter we have to get together soon for beers and TT
4 bikes per race wont turn me off. Gran Turismo only has 6 cars per race.
the having to win your bikes sounds better than just buying them. In the GT games you could just throw money at a car and win by horsepower instead of driving skill
Tourist Trophy is the best motorcycle game out on the market. Realism, graphics, replays, and physics are top-notch and unparalleled. The negatives have already been stated in that only 4 bikes can race at a time. But much like its automotive predecessor in Gran Turismo, true racing fans will have much to be happy and satisfied about with this game. I would definitely recommend it and remain hopeful that the next version will only go above and beyond this first one.
