do you have a rope?
i'll hook you up on my bike and then drag you around at above 100mph.
seriously though, your bike is a track bike right? or am i thinking of the NSR50.
anyway... 50cc bikes are not good for the streets. just stick to the tracks.
if you want to go fast. get a street bike.

Make sure your carb is adjusted right. This is a 2-stroke, right? If you are using the oil injector, make sure that it is adjusted properly. You may also have carbon build up on the piston. The baffles in the pipe on a 2-stroke would sometimes get build up inside them, effectively plugging up the exhaust. If so, you may need to clean that out. It could be due for a set of rings and a cylinder hone job. Could be carbon build up on the head.Make sure your tires are inflated properly.
I'm just making guesses here. It could be any of these, none of these or some combination. You'll just have to start going through it.
If you are a big guy on a 50, you may never see 30 mph.
These used to be neat little bikes. Not real fast but a lot of fun to blast around on.

I would be the old, slow guy. Just let me know where you are going and I'll try to get there before you leave.
