Switching to Slip on Exhaust

I have a 04 cbr 600f4i; I'm looking at getting a yoshimora, or other brand, slip on exhaust cannister; will it be necessary to do anythingelse to the bike engine if i do this?

separate issue; both my headlights recently went out; is it possible to change the bulbs without taking off any fairing or other parts; thanks.
