I know someone here who teaches cops how to ride. I will see if he knows of anyone in your area.

In the meantime, here is a program in the Seattle area. It may fill your needs. They have a lot of classes both group and private and it looks like they fill up fast. They also have lessons to ride like a cop.
Click on the various links and you will see. I think I saw the cop part in the link that said curriculum.

If you take a look through the class pictures you will see that actual police are taking classes with their police bikes.

here in california, for about 2k or so you get a week long school that teachs you. Its the exact one CHP, LAPD, BPD, GPD and almost every department around here uses, supposed to be insanely good. but thats probably not gonn help ya being where you are
