Pictures of new bike

#1 Unread post by zarakand »

Finally got some pictures up of the new Shadow. I've added saddle bags since these pictures were taken.

Ah ha, thank you for all the help in getting these pictures up. Stupid AOL good for nothing...except I'm too lazy to want to change my email address now.

Is that a 750? Like the orange, too. Have you had it on the roiad yet? You're probably getting decent weather right now, huh?

That's looking real good man. Wish mine was that clean. BTW, how was your trip to Minnesota. I was mad all day at work since I couldn't make it. :(

It's a 600, but it rides great! More than enough to keep me cruising comfortably on the highway around 65-75, after that it vibrates a bit. Around the city, it's very agile and since most of my riding is commuting I love the flexibility.

Ah, the Minnesota trip didn't quite go as planned Brian. After you dropped out the other two didn't want to go. I'd used you as an example for how they could make it on GSXR's to Minnesota...course I didn't mention how much more upright your bike is  Instead we ended up cruising around Southern Illinois and Starved Rock. Spent the night at starved rock, went hiking around it...and then got stuck in a cave! Image

Coming down was so hard!

Sorry to hear the trip didn't happen. I talked to my girlfriend about going to Starved Rock, and she said she'd love to go too. We both love camping and outdoors. We'll have to get a trip together for it sometime. After seeing those pics, I really want to go now. BTW, I most likely will be in Chicago this weekend, so maybe we could get together for a ride.
