at least you didn't hit gravel and hit a guard rail in a downhill decreasing radius canyon road.

actually, i was thankful of that guard rail or else i would have gone down the ditch and my bike would have been messed really really bad instead of just cosmetic damages. :laughing:

also...

at least your bike wasn't stolen! F%#&*!ing!!! thieves! :shooting2:

hey verm, at least they wont make much/any money off the plastics if they were mesed up.

out of curiousty, what do you do if the motor does flood?

Well, if it has carbs and they're flooding, and draining through the vent tubes, then shut off the petcock, and drain the float bowls, then open the petcock again.

If the cylinders are flooded, then I take out the spark plugs, and hold down the button for the electric starter for a couple seconds, this will let the engine push the excess gas out throught the holes that the spark plugs go in. I'm sure there's a better way, but that worked for me.

Shaking the bike while running the starter, and saying the F word a lot works fine...
