I got a 36 inch CRT flat screen Sony WEGA as a Christmas bonus from work two years ago. The first three months, I watched more TV than ever. Now it just sits there collecting dust. Damned thing's not HD so I can't do what Jeff wants to do also, connect a computer to it. I also can't move it since it weighs a hundred pounds more than me.

Eh, books are a lot more fun than tv over all. The only reason I'd like a larger tv is for video games with four people. Games like Call of Duty or Halo are not that much fun when the screen goes into 1/4th.

Ah that's still one of the best games! I wish I hadn't traded in my n64 years ago. The wrestling games with 8 people are fun, often leads to real life violence

After living on the cheap for a year (unable to afford cable and only got one channel otherwise [QVC]), I sort of grew out of tv. My fiancee veggies out on it every day. Well, I guess I'm the say way with the computer. If I'm not at work or riding, I'm on here  . Still, I think it's called the idiot box for a reason. While watching it you sort of go into a state of retardation. Most of your senses are numbed, your mouth drops open a little; the possible spittle drips out....And you stare...."in amazement"
