KZ750 1980 Troubleshooting

#1 Unread post by drakkar »

I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 LTD. Bought it three weeks ago and still trying to fix it.
The bike is running good when it's cold, and once the engine is hot (after 10 minutes driving) there is some missfiring troubles and ignition troubles. Impossible after to restart it.
I have checked severals things bu didn't find what was the cause.
Is anybody can tell me what problem could it be ? Or what would I have to check ?

Thanks.

Check to see if you have spark once it gets hot. If not, bad coils like to breakdown once they get hot. If yes, check to see if you are getting fuel.
CHECK YOUR TIRE PRESSURE REGULARLY!!!
