I was just reading one of the stickied articles, and it was talking about how you have to turn the handles left to go right or vice versa at high speeds... Can someone please explain this to me :)

Hey, xnorwaks.

The inside joke is that this topic, countersteering, is a big controversy even among experienced riders. I've posted a link to the most recent thread about it, where you can see the great range of opinions on exactly how it works. But, in short, it does work. And that is the important thing...

Have fun trying to understanding it. The most important thing is that no matter whether or not you understand it, it is 100 million per cent intuitive when you start riding. You won't have to think so much about it. The feedback from the bike to your hands/arms will instantly educate you on how to turn at speed.

Peace.

Sorry-- I didn't realize that was a link from ZooTech to the same thread. My bad...
