Shark bike?

What do you guys think. In my opinion it resembles a shark which is an awesome idea but I'm torn on whether or not I'm feeling the gills on the sides.

Anybody have any idea on what kind of bike or concept this is?

If it didn't have gills how would it breathe? Stupid people. Would need to drive it with high humidity though.

I think it looks pretty good. I could live with the gills. I wonder if they're there for design (better airflow?) or just looks.

Looks to me like an Aprillia painted flat black with possibly some funky air intake on the sides. I believe the RSV1000R is air cooled but I may be wrong.

I like the look. If the gills are functional (ie they are open for airflow and not "fake" like the Mustang slats  ) I'd ride it. Needs lights though!

They obviously aren't for air cooling (because they face the wrong way to catch air), but they could be for better airflow/aerodynamics... Same as sharks with their tiny backwards facing scales or golf balls with their dimples. Makes mini vortices which help decrease the size of the vortex in the rear (drag). I'm going to go and add gills to my bike right now

Don't forget the speed holes.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

i'd ride it. also in refrence to the "gills" being angled the wrong way, the slats could be to "release" air pushed in through the front if its air cooled. rather than "scoops" to catch air. i dont know, im just guessing.
