i have seen clips from that video but never with all the different cut scenes. that makes me sick to watch. the guy must have been 17 feet in the air after being catapulted up and over the suv that hit him! anyone know a back story or what happened to the driver of the suv or motorcycles? i hope that cell phone call or whatever they were doing was worth it now. i hope it was worth it.

That's been posted a lot. There used to be a story that went with it, and if memory serves, it goes something like this.

The guys on bikes were actors in some Mexican Soap Opera thing and were out on the bikes filming a promo or some such. They were doing so without a permit from the local traffic authorities, or the government.

Doing so at night meant there were A LOT of really bright lights and cameras aimed at oncoming traffic, and the riders were going WELL below the legal speed.

Remember, all of this was being done illegally.

The guy who rammed them, was not drunk, he was impatient to the point of homicidal rage, and intentionally rammed the the bikers because, "he was tired of waiting."

The guy who went flying died.

All of that being said, they shouldn't have been filming there, and like that. But that doesn't give the driver any excuse to intentionally hit the bikers.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Yeah, this has been posted, and I think Sev is right about the story.

And it doesn't matter how many time I've seen that, it still makes me want to kill the guy. People are so "procreating" impatient. Yeah, they weren't supposed to be on the street filming, going slow. But, first of all, the cager didn't know they weren't supposed to be there. Second of all, even if he did know, impatience is not a reason to intentionally ram so one. I don't care if they were doing wheelis around him or something, there is absolutely no reason to intentionally try to kill someone over that. I hope the cager got life in prison. And if they ever lent him back on the streets, then god save us all.

I still hope that SUV driver is rotting in a mexican prison somewhere. Mexicans may not enforce their traffic laws but they still imprison people for murder

I can see both sides, I mean, being caught up behind a bunch of people doing soemthing illeagle to begin with..... But it doesnt justify it for sure, I hope the driver is in jail, and the others got charged. two wrongs never make a right.

Yeah like I said, it was "procreating" stupid and dangerous to be out there like that, especially at night, with the lights that you'd need to film (it'd be worse then driving into the brights of an oncoming mac truck following those bikes). But in NO WAY does that justify ramming the bikers.

According to my father, mexican jails are supposed to be pretty bad. He spent a night or two in one on some drug charge, and evidently got beat pretty bad.
