Can't get bike to turn over

My bike got stolen, got it recovered, but now it wont turn over. I replaced the ignition with a new set of keys, been trying everything I can figure without getting expensive. Anyone have any ideas as to why it might turn over. Been gone for almost 2 years so I haven't a clue what coulda happened.

no way to get rid of her, still into her for too much money from the loan and too broke for anyone to want her.

What kind of bike is it? First things first, you will want to try and manually turn the engine over to make sure it is not seized up.
