Im thinking of one for my radian. I think the full headlight fairings available for rectangular headlights are hideous. While flyscreens too are only available for round headlights, I might actually fab one out of lexan.... been wanting to try some vacuum form molding.
I want feedback on how useful flyscreens are for reducing the windblast. Especially the ones on buells and triumphs, coz Im going to model mine after them (size wise etc.)
I'll keep y'all posted. on this....

You get windblast on a '78 xs400 !?!?

Just kidding. i have a flyscreen on my vx800 and it pretty much does nothing for windblast. Usually it'sa a mix of your seating position and the height / shape of the flyscreen which determines the amount of impact.
You have a great advantage getting to experiment with making yours, most people just buy one and suck it up if it doesn't work as they hoped. Have fun creating!
