Mr. dieziege, Ur right! Its state sponcered theft, when I took my bike in for inspection they told me I had a cracked brake rotor and they had a new one in stock for $150, so I demanded to look at the rotor, when I looked at it a blind man could see it wasn't a crack, it was a fresh scratch made with either a center punch or a marking tool. I told them they scratched it, they refused to pass the bike but I still had to pay for the inspection, when I left I rode the bike for 10 miles and the scratch dissapeared, so I brought the bike back to the same dealer the same day, they looked at it and they still refused to pass it, so I had to take it to another dealer and pay again, he passed it, never had a problem with that rotor.

holy crap... if i caught someone cutting belts or scratching my rotors! thats how shooting sprees happen! you might see if you can find other dissatisifed customers and class action suit. I'd be on the phone with the states D.A. making as much noise as i could. (think calling local news stations and whatnot)
i'm glad we dont have that crap here. the catalytic converter for my truck is a $700 piece not counting instalation, because i already had it replaced once under warranty. if it fails again, im going to have it cut off.

Yay, despite my aftermarket pipe (which I do not care whether I have or not, it just came with the bike) the bike passed. Only 12 bucks too.
