This is what the seller said:

No, i do not believe that the wheel, frame, or swingarm is bent or twisted. I rode the bike to work today. The left pipe may be pushed in some from laying it down. In the picture the handlebars are turned to the left, and on top of that my carport is not very level. I have not had the bike checked out at a service center since the accident, so I can't guarantee anything. The accident happened over a year ago, and after replacing the mirror I have been riding it ever since without any problems (I've put about 3,000 miles on it).

Yeah, I suppose it could also be that he has it up on the jacks and the suspension is just angled because of that.

She is chain driven? Just wondering if the owner has fluffed the rear wheel adjustment - which does kind of look like that...

Of course it is accident damaged and he is parting with Jackets and Helmets suggesting he is getting out of Biking...

What do you guys think about this supermotard bike? Look at the bottom right picture. Looks like either the rear fender is bent off to one side. At first I thought bent swingarm, but it looks like it/the rear tire are inline pretty good with the front part of the bike.
