Alright, another question related to my recent mishap...

I rode the bike around my housing area today to try and determine if anything else was wrong (other than just the visual parts)

It runs fine as far as I can tell... Can anyone tell me what I should have the Yamaha place look at? or will they know what all to check if I just tell them what happened? Do I even need to take it in at all or can I do the repairs myself?

Also, both left side blinkers are broken (front and back), the clutch lever is scratched (but works fine), the kickstand is slightly bent (also works fine), and the end of the handlebar on the left side is scratched... anyone know where i can get stock replacements online? should I just get the parts from the Yamaha dealer? or should I just get aftermarkets and replace both sides?

One more question, the shifter pedal got bent slightly and gets stuck sometimes when I try to shift... it feels like somethings blocking it but when I check the pedal and cable by the footboard, I don't see where anything would be rubbing or otherwise not letting it shift the gears...

Sorry about all the questions, any help would be appreciated on any of them!!!

im not much help, but Ebay is a good place to look for replacement parts.

Essentially you low-sided the bike on loose gravel, and it just slid on the ground, right? It didn't crunch into anything? It will probably be OK after you replace the broken parts, so long as the front end didn't slam into anything. I'm under the impression this was a fairly low-impact event....

Yes, this was at no faster than 20... i think probably right around 15.

it just slid along the ground and then stopped... no dents or anything and no impact...

i just didn't know what (if anything) could be messed up in the engine by that

just busted left hand blinkers and a few scratches on the end of the handlebar and kickstand and clutch handle

the thing i would do is just keep an eye on your cluth lever and make sure it doesnt stick or come loose. ditto the shifter..other than that, it sounds like a couple lenses and some pride restorer (touch up paint) and you are good to go.
