Cold pack. Hot pack. Several pairs of gloves. Non-latex are better if you can get your hands on some. Triangular bandage or two. Ace wrap. CPR mask if you're trained in it....

you dont need go to college for this stuff. if you didnt know the meds you just need to hang out with a schizophrenic allergenic menopausal women with a headache.
PS. Non latex are definitely a good idea, it seems more and more people are allergic to latex.

Scoutmedic...good list but I don't think that much stuff would fit under my seat.

I'm sure most people don't carry one.

I started thinking about it 'cause I scraped my foot up (damned sandal-wearing squid... except I wasn't on my bike when it happened

) and found out that the office first aid kit had been used hard in the war. In other words it was covered with a spatter of dried blood and most of the useful stuff was missing.

So I wadded up some paper towels, wet them down, and covered my hurts... then decided I might want to have a few items under the seat for such events.

Nitril. They are also better at puncture resistance than latex.

Didn't realize it was going under the seat.

The list was actually pretty complete. I just tried to add some things commonly used in ems that aren't too big. The nitrile gloves are what to get for non-latex. I prefer latex myself but, mentioned the others as an all purpose in case of allergies.
