yeah not sure what it's like in spain, but you might be able to find some kind of on bike training course. with a quick google search i saw that bmw has an endruo bike training course near Aras (not sure the details) but i am sure there are some kind of training programs.

Ok, thanks. I've looked up the BMW enduro thing, I don't think it's for my age though. They will be doing a perfect one, for people between 10 - 17, only problem I think it's in Germany . I'll look around to see what else I can find.

So since you ate your cat do you cough up hairballs? Good luck w. the rents. Maybe the best way to convince em is to take some training. That might soften em up if they know you're being responsible.

I know where you're coming from, dealing with the parents. I was over 18 when I bought my first bike (though still living at home), and caught a lot of hell from my parents over it. When I got married, my Dad started in on me again to sell my current bike, and now at age 30, having just had my first child, my Dad has started on me yet again to get rid of it. And just to make the whole thing more amusing, he's owned at least 3 bikes that I know of, the most recent one he's had for the past 10 years or so, and still owns it. Parents don't always make sense when it comes to trying to protect their children, but make sure and remember that right or wrong, they're only giving you a hard time because they're trying to keep you safe.

All the time, it's so annoying. If I'd have known, I would have shaved the damn thing first.

Yeah, I'm trying to find some young rider training round here. There's plenty of courses, but most of them are for over 18s, or for people with their own bikes and some experience.

Yep, logical is one thing they're not! But now you know, when your son/daughter wants a bike, you'll have to be very understanding and let him/her have one

I'm sure if/when I do get a bike, my dad will have to have a go on it, he'll make up SOME excuse to try it Parents!
