This is my camping/backpacking kit. It fits neatly into my backpack which I always carry on the bike.
I haven't used orthodox medicine in thirty years, not even taken an asprin. Orthodox medicine is the third biggest killer in the U.S. after cancer and heart disease (it's probably the same here) and my doctor damn nearly killed me with it in my twenties. It took me five years to recover. So, thanks but no thanks. (I'd probably accept some orthodox procedures in a life-threatening emergency situation - but that's the only time it is of any value IMHO. Apart from that, it's crap, for all sorts of reasons). 'Scuse the rant
Personally, I've had very good results from complementary therapies, including homoeopathy. I worked as a homoeopathic pharmacist and shiatsu practitioner for many years, so I've seen the excellent results in others too.
The best/only real thing you can do for serious burns until help comes is keep them cool. Carry some water, that's all you need.
