reusing head cover gasket

Is it possible to reuse the head cover gasket when doing a valve adjustment? Thanks

You mean the valve cover gasket? If so, yes, provided it isn't damaged.

What he said. Make sure to apply some kind of sealing compound (Hondabond, Yamabond, etc...) to any extreme angle changes, liek half-moons common in most valve cover gaskets.
