I thought that it was funny and I would be laughing if it were about Ducati or any Japanese bike that I might own. There are too many "sensitive sallys" that have forgotten that bikers are supposed to be tuff.....
On that note I have another funny story involving HD. My father works right beside the big Harley shop in town and sees all kinds. The other day he witnessed a motorhome with Alaska plates show up and park in front of his place. The back "endgate" lowered down and they wheeled out two Harleys. They then spent 20 minutes squeezing in to all of their official Harley gear, fired up their bikes, and roared in to the Harley parking lot - all the way from Alaska..... After much shopping and posing it was back to the motorhome. This is no reflection on HD, just some of the posers who are trying to fit the image...... My dad couldn't stop laughing about it.....

Oh, absolutely. I mean, who couldn't see the humour in it? Other than all the Harley riders, of course, who have seen the same "procreating" jokes over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over on every non-Harley forum they visit posted by every "my buddy's- brother's- uncle's- next door neighbour's- co-worker's- second cousin had a Harley and it was a piece of crap" experts who have never swung a leg over one.

But I digress. Welcome, Evel, and happy trolling!

A dog had his chain reduced one link at a time, every few days, until his chain was so short he could barely move. He never resisted because he was conditioned to the loss of his freedom slowly, over time. Are we in this country becoming like the dog?

Yes, a search of my posts will reveal that I am a bonafide troll.

There is truth to the joke. Just admit it and move on with your life. Whether or not it applies to you, I don't care. Doesn't change the fact of the matter.

He wasn't referring to you as a troll, he was talking about Evel.

I don't know, I agree that people need to drop the whole "harley bikes and harley riders all suck" thing, but come on, it was just a joke. I like honda, I think it's the best company, but I wouldn't get offended if someone were to make a joke about them.

Unlike the dodo thrown at "ricers" on every HD/Ducati/non-Japanese bike forum.
