Well, the q-tip advice worked! I didn't use a q-tip actually... rolled up wet paper napkins are my friend... but my ear feels much better.

Not doing so well on the other protectives advice... though at least we've reached the right end of the torso....

I'm trying to avoid a vx scarf image here....

Try a half mask or a bandana maybe? I know they make leather masks that cover the chin and neck. The bandana won't help a whole lot but, it's better than nothing.
