Hello from Chicago. I'm going to try to take up riding this summer. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good--cheap--starter bike? I'm looking at used late-70's early-80's Japanese bikes. Thanks.

hey and :welcome: !!! im a newb myself starting to ride this summer. this is a great site. from what ive heard on this site and others is to start small. 250 or 500.
i was gonna get a kawaski ninja 500 then i found a 77 suzuki gs750 which is more in my budget. after posting what i decided i never got any negative responses. what ever you decided just take it easy and dont do anything dumb...oh and also dont forget to take the MSF course
