What side of LA is "right?"

Depending on where in OC you are you'd probably go 5->605->210, which sort of skirts around "the real LA". 47 miles from Anaheim by google's estimate.

You think that's bad? As far as I know 5 miles of highway 39 where it connects to the 2 have been closed since 1978 due to landslides. The section is "tentatively" scheduled to re-open in 2008. :frusty:

Ninja... yeah, pretty far... and I work in Corona (used to work in Irvine )...

I like the area... it snows a few times a year so I get a bit of winter, but I'm still in SoCal and get the mild climate too if I want. The down side is that temps can be 30f at the house and 75f at the office... makes it hard to choose clothes sometimes. And there are some really nice "spirited driving"/riding roads around.

Don't you know?

Corona, California is (or was) the cow capital of the USA... more cows per square mile there than anywhere else in the country. Now, most people thought they were dairy cows...wrong... these are special Mexican cows....

Needless to say, I won't drink corona.
