suspension question

question for ya guys -

i park my bike up on the sidewalk at work every day. when its time to go, i usually walk it to the edge and let each tire drop off the curb slowly. someone recently told me that doing this is destroying my suspension. is he right ? i ride a kawa ex250.

probably not anymore than riding through bumps or depressions in the road as long as you do it slowly.

as long as you do it slowly I dont think its going to cause any problems.
