$18 more per tire, but they wear out twice as fast - assumption based on the fact my back tire was good for about 19000 km which is roughly 12000miles, and that your stocks are aproximately similar to that. That was a pretty big factor for me getting a new stock rear tire when it was time to get a new one. If the tire you have now does everything that you ask of it... stick with it.
the other tires i heard that is of equal quality is the dunlop qualifiers.
So really it's 2X the cost +$18.
I ask again - if you aren't using your regular tires to even close to their potential... why are you buying more expensive "better" ones?
